
Sara Aliza Eisen, an American television journalist, is currently working with CNBC. She serves as co-anchor for CNBC's programs 'Squawk On the Street' and 'Closing Bell'. The Ohio native who was not attracted to the world of markets and currencies during her time in college. While studying at New York University she interned for ForexTV.com. She gained her first experience in the field of business news through this internship. She went on to earn a master's degree in broadcast journalism at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. The internship was for the duration of four months at Bloomberg TV, Hong Kong. She then returned to America and began her work in New York at Bloomberg. She became a television anchor later. CNBC hired her in December 2013 as an anchor. After serving as co-anchor for "Worldwide Exchange" and Power Lunch', she was appointed by CNBC in December 2013. Then, she was offered the job at Closing Bell in the year 2018. Eisen co-anchors 'Squawk on the Street' since 2014. Her main goal since her arrival at CNBC is global consumer news.
