Hallie Jackson

Hallie J. Jackson is an American journalist as well as a political analyst. She is currently the White House's chief correspondent for 'NBC News' and an anchor for numerous newscasts that air on MSNBC (cable division of the network). She was born and raised in Pennsylvania where she completed her bachelor's in political science at John Hopkins University. After working at various TV stations in Maryland, Delaware and Connecticut (affiliated with CBS), Jackson moved to the 'Hearst Corporation' reporting from Washington DC across the entire 26 of their stations. In 2014, she transferred to NBC News in 2014 and spent a year working at NBC Los Angeles. In the following years, thanks to her outstanding reporting of the various campaigns and the 2016 presidential elections, she earned the reputation as a dedicated journalist. She's an incredibly versatile and efficient reporter. Her most notable assignments have included coverage of the presidential campaign of Ted Cruz, Senator Ted Cruz and exclusive interviews with prominent 'GOP' presidential candidates. In 2017, "NBC" named Jackson as their main 'White House journalist. Jackson is married to Douglas Hitchner, and she is the mother of two girls. Hallie Hallie Hallie
