Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan), is the daughter of Wayne David Cardellini (a successful businessman). Her parents are of Italian, German (from the paternal maternal grandmother), Irish and Scottish descent. Linda, California's youngest child is a native of and around the San Francisco Bay Area. She became interested in acting in the age of ten when she performed a singing role in a school Christmas play. Her next stage was performing in school and community theater. Linda attended Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California. When she graduated, she had to choose between going to New York to pursue theater or Los Angeles to pursue film and television. Lily James (born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson on the 5th of April 1989) is an English actress from the UK. Her acting debut was in the show Just William in 2010, a British television show. Following her breakout performance as Lady Rose MacClare on the period drama Downton Abbey from 2012-2015, her first breakthrough role was in the fantasy movie Cinderella in 2015. James then played The Countess Natasha Rostova on the TV version of War & Peace in 2016. In addition, she has starred in a variety of films, including Baby Driver (2017) and period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society 2018, and The Dig 2021, as and musicals Mamma Mia! We Go Back Again (2018) as well as Yesterday (2019). Her character was nominated to win the Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 for her portrayal of Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
